I bought this as a gift for my brother who is too sick to play his guitar. So, to stay motivated while bedridden, he played the kalimba. He likes that. Not only does it sound beautiful, but it's also a beautiful work of art.

Beautiful instrument

It is a beautiful instrument. I have not taught it to myself yet but I absolutely love it.

Beautiful! Just beautiful! When this came in I cried with joy. There was no dead notes, no buzzing. Perfect. Its the sound is heavenly, soft and gentle. There some weight to it. It's not a problem to play it. Plus, the perfect size for people with small hands. I have small palms and long fingers so this is a perfect fit for me. :)
